Adjusting the indoor temperature
My wife’s current job only allows for their employees to carry over 40 hours of overtime into the next year. One day we realized that she would have almost 100 hours. It then became obvious that we would have to take a holiday at the end of the year. We started researching holiday trip destinations while also trying to decide if we wanted to take the RV or stay in a hotel. We finally agreed to take a trip into the next state over. We wanted something fun and different, and they were going to have a magnificent New Year’s celebration. The party was going to be grand, complete with a live band and splendid fireworks. We gathered all of our belongings and packed them into the truck. The drive took us over six hours. When we finally arrived to our destination, we were surprised by the hotel. The views were much nicer than we previously saw online. The building even looked to be recently remodeled. We checked in and we slowly made our way to our room, number 405. We were pleasantly located on the top floor of the hotel, in a non-smoking suite. When we walked into our hotel room, we could hear the HVAC program currently running in the background. That was actually quite enjoyable news, because it was pretty freezing outside. With the HVAC program was already running, the heat felt truly good. We located a temperature control on the far wall and adjusted the indoor temperature to 77 degrees… Just a few moments after we finished unpacking our clothes, we were feeling entirely warm. We quickly decided to adjust the temperature control once again. Then we changed the HVAC temperature control to 74 degrees and we were comfortable at last.
